Roger is currently a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations with Salve Regina University (that's in Rhode Island). He has a B.A. in International Studies from Albion College, a M.S. in International Relations and Global Studies from Northeastern University, and a M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from California State Univ

Roger is currently a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations with Salve Regina University (that's in Rhode Island). He has a B.A. in International Studies from Albion College, a M.S. in International Relations and Global Studies from Northeastern University, and a M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from California State University, San Bernardino. He also holds certificates in nonprofit management and leadership, and in grant writing. 

He currently lives in California with his wife-Alicia, and their dogs. Roger enjoys traveling, reading, and baseball and basketball. His favorite team is the Detroit Tigers, as he is originally from Michigan. 

Roger has  worked in ESL/EFL for about 20 years, and has also worked in higher education for a number of years. Roger has served as an admissions counselor, academic advisor, registrar, director of enrollment, and adjunct faculty at various higher education institutions throughout his career.

His favorite music genres are blues, jazz, reggae, and some old school hip-hop. He enjoys gardening and meeting new people through travels.
